A cute story that teaches children the value of teamwork, perseverance, and believing in themselves.

The book nicely captures the importance of friends and the benefit of team work. It was fun to read it to my little one and later that day, she was eager to help me because she understood that team work is fun.

This is a nice book that my 1st grader and I enjoyed reading together. The teamwork story is specific enough for this age group - my child could follow the story and understand how three main characters formed the whole. The only thing the story left me wanting is knowing what the painting was for - what would it be used for. But that's my adult curiosity and my daughter didn't even ask about it. :-)

Great story and great illustrations!
